Da Lat Tour Pongour Waterfall

Itinerary.

1. Robin Hill: Have a panorama view of the city with some little colorful buildings and a pine forest on the other sides.
2. Dalat Cable Car: Get on the cable car with a length of 2.3 km go across the forest. From the top, you can see the sceneries. strawberry farm and How Dalat in the countryside is.
3. Truc Lam Monastery: Opened in 1994 on the top of a Hill with the surrounding beautiful scenery and peaceful nature, This is the main institute for meditation in the sound of Vietnam.
4. Tuyen Lam Lake: Just like the name ” Tuyen Lam” The large lake with some little islands. Many couples come here for watching the sunset in the afternoon.
5. Preen Waterfall: The waterfall you can walk behind feel the cool of the water, this waterfall also has some activities such as ostrich, elephant riding.
6. Pongour Waterfall: Visit the volcanic region. it created a waterfall with many cracking and small caves. here the legend of the local people about it.
7. French Village: Located on Tran Hung Dao street, There are many French villas Here, each villa brings different architectures. Visit it to know more about Vietnam’s history and architecture.
8. Old Railway Station: It famous for Many records: The oldest the highest the most beautiful train station in Indochina.

 

 

Description:

– Our guide and driver will pick you up at 8.30 am at your hotel and then we start the tour. The first place we visit the Robin hill, Our guide will explain where the Name Dalat from and Why people call Robin hill, Look at our city from above we will help you to take the most beautiful picture of Dalat.

 

 

– Get on the cable car, Listen to some birds chirping in the morning, see our pine tree from the top. enjoy the dawn in the morning. Our guide will come together and tell you some interesting stories about our city.
– Keep going to the monastery, see some hard-working monks taking care of bonsai trees, local people visiting and praying for goodnesses and our guide will explain to you something about Buddism in Vietnam.

 

– Walk down steps to have a look at the glitter green water of the lake, enjoy the fresh air. see some fish-men fishing on the bank. take your time relax and get some beautiful pictures of the lake
– Visit preen Waterfall you walk through a rainforest cross a Monkey bridge which is shaking. and then our guide takes you to the waterfall. you can see it from behind. take pictures with many small flower garden, you can feed fishes in the pond some food. and also can feed elephants, ride ostriches, and elephants around.

 

 

– 10 minutes walk down to see the Pongour waterfall. the highest, widest waterfall in Vietnam. You can buy some fruit and enjoy the picnic down there. walk on the rock. see the real affection of Volcano the region, here the legendary of a local women hero. who created the waterfall.
– Our car drives through an agricultural town. Where you can see Durian plantation, egg plan farm. jackfruit tree, corn and rice paddy field, pepper, coffee plantation. The car will stop at the French village, our guide will tell you the difference between the north architecture and the south architecture of French villas. why it different and also inform you some information about the war and the secret tunnels connect each house.

 

 

– Visit the old train station to see the oldest beautiful heritage. why it’s famous and how it became special. see the steam old steam head. and the sawtooth track in the middle of the line. 
Lunch: We will eat food at a local restaurant with many foods you can choose; such as spring rolls, rice noodle with beef, chicken., fried rice, steam rice… Clean and reasonable price: ( about 150.000 Vnd/ person ( 5,2 USD)).

Advice:
Wearing shoes will be better for the waterfall.
Bring some extra money if you want to buy things.
We will bring some umbrellas for you in case it rains. But you should check the weather. bring your own raincoat if you want to wear your own one.
Tip for guide and driver: Our culture doesn’t have tips. but you can tip them if you want to. it based on how satisfied you are.
