Phan Rang – Thap Cham (commonly referred to as Phan Rang) Phan Rang City is a city in Ninh Thuan province, Vietnam. The name Phan Rang is a Vietnamese transliteration of the word Panduranga and is the name Thap Cham given to refer to the Po Klong Garai tower cluster located in the west of the city.

Located 35 km from Phan Rang city, Vinh Hy Bay, also known as Vinh Hy Lagoon, is a small bay located in Vinh Hai commune, Ninh Hai district, Ninh Thuan province, Vietnam. Located in the northeast of Ninh Thuan province, 42 km from Phan Rang – Thap Cham city, the bay has 3 sides of East – West – North surrounded by mountains, the southeast side is the mouth of the bay.

To the west is the top of Nui Chua, 1040 m high above sea level and Lo O stream flows all year round into the bay. There are many species of seafood living in the bay: grouper, red snapper, mackerel, tuna, lobster, crab, squid… All year round, in the bay, the sea is calm and boats are safe during storms.

Po Klong Garai Tower is the common name for a cluster of the most majestic and beautiful Cham towers left in Vietnam, worshiping King Po Klong Garai. Po Klong Garai Tower is a complex of three towers: the main tower (20.5m high), the fire tower (9.31m high), and the gate tower (8.56m high).

Poklong Garai Tower is located on Trau hill, in Do Vinh ward, 9 km from the center of Phan Rang – Thap Cham city to the northwest, built in the late 13th century and early 14th century (in the reign of King Shivaman, the Vietnamese call it. is Che Man) to worship King Po Klong Garai (1151-1205), the king who had great merits in ruling the country.

Hang Rai is an area including coral reefs, and mountain caves stretching to the sea located in the south of Vinh Hy Bay, about 35km from Phan Rang city. Rai Cave has a wild beauty that easily surprises visitors.
